Julius Bär nombra a un valesano como jefe de sus actividades en la Suiza francófona

Bank Julius Bär reorganizes its management and takes a step towards Latin minorities by appointing a Valaisan to be responsible for French-speaking activities in Switzerland. Emmanuel Debons thus becomes Bank Julius Bär's new Head of French-speaking Switzerland. This new position was created as part of the Zurich-based bank's regional reorganisation strategy and demonstrates its desire to place greater emphasis on French-speaking Switzerland.

I am convinced that the new set-up and the newly formed management team will enable us to provide even better services for our clients in the important French-speaking Switzerland market and to continue to grow

explains with enthusiasm Yves Robert-Charrue, Head of Switzerland & Europe, Middle East and Africa.

Emmanuel Debons will be responsible for nearly 500 private banking employees at the Geneva, Lausanne, Sion, Crans Montana and Verbier branches. Emmanuel Debons began his career at UBS in the private banking division. He worked there for 25 years, passing through Hong Kong, London and Singapore, before joining Bank Julius Bär in 2014 as Head of the Cantons of Vaud and Valais.
